ECC-2007: results of two days of qualifying (21.09.2007)
By the beginning of September 21st all the participants of European Champions Cup have already bowled 16 games. The tournament leaders are the bowlers from Norway – Mads Sandbaekken among the men and Ingunn Oien among the ladies.
Russia’s Gennady Sidorov landed in 19th place with 3151 pinfall (196,9 average). He needs 177 pins to be included in the top-8. Alena Korobkova, who is the youngest participant at the event, showed the better game on the long oil than on the short one - 1476 and 1409 pinfall respectively. After two days of competitions Korobkova is in 24th place with 2885 pinfall (180,3 average).

QubicaAMF has announced that the 46th Bowling World Cup will not be held in Zagreb, Croatia, but in Toulon, on the French Riviera, from October 15-24, 2010. Toulon lies on the western end of the Cote d'Azur on the Mediterranean.
